Betway Cup: Leopards Claw Ushuru to reach Quarters

AFC Leopards stayed on course for their record tenth cup win by progressing to the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Cup quarterfinals at Afraha Stadium in Nakuru on Sunday, March 15th.
Ingwe eliminated former Kenyan Premier League (KPL), second-tier side Ushuru 4-2 through post-match penalties after a barren draw during normal regulation.
Leopards scored their spot-kicks through Boniface Mukhekhe, Said Tsuma, Washington Munene, and Chris Oruchum.
Evans Makari and Oscar Mbugua scored their penalties for Ushuru before AFC goalie Ezekiel Owade saved Edwin Mwaura’s effort and Jackton Onjala’s shot hit the crossbar.

A Bernard Ongoma lone goal was enough for three times Kenyan Premier League (KPL) champions Ulinzi Stars to edge out Migori Youth 1-0 at Afraha, Stadium.
Bernard Ongoma scored with a rebounded from the top bar, hitting the back of the goalkeeper to the net from an 8yards shot in the 50th minute.
Kariobangi Sharks 4 Talanta 1
The 2018 champions Kariobangi Sharks walloped Talanta 4-1 at Camp Toyoyo astroturf grounds in Nairobi.
