The goalless draw means leopards have failed to score in the last two matches
AFC Leopards were to a barren draw in a SportPesa League fixture against Murang'a Seal at the Nyayo National Stadium on Sunday, 16 November, 2025in Nairobi. This stalemate marked the fourth time this 2025/26 campaign that a Leopards match has ended level, and only the second occasion the Fred Ambani-led side has been involved in a scoreless affair as AFC Leopards failed to capitalize on a chance to go second on the SportPesa League. Ingwe are now third on the table, three points off top-placed Kogalo, who have three points in hand. For the Murang’a-based Seal, they are just two points off the relegation zone after nine matches in the 2025/26 season. The goalless draw means Leopards have failed to score in the last two matches, having lost 2-0 to Mara Sugar FC in their last fixture at the Awendo Stadium. For the Osborne Monday-coached Seal, it extends their unbeaten run to four matches, with their third draw in that period. Ingwe made three changes to the starting lineup, introducing Kaycie Odhiambo and Samuel Ssenyonjo and welcoming back Vincent Mahiga in place of Kennedy Owino, Elias Mugane, and Emmanuel Lwangu, respectively. This marked the first time Kayci was starting for the AFC Leopards, partnering Ivorian Rami Coulibali, who made his second start of the season. For the Seal, talisman Joe Irungu returned to the starting 11, with Kiplangat benched for this fixture. Tusker 1 Kenya Police 2 Winger Eric Zakayo returned to haunt his former side as the defending FKF Premier League champions Kenya Police beat Tusker 2-1 at St. Sebastian Park on Sunday, 16 November. The 27-year-old, who left the Brewers for Police in July last year, got on the scoresheet in the 13th minute to give his side a lead they never relinquished. David Simiyu added a second right at the half-hour mark for the law enforcers. Two-time Most Valuable Player (MVP) winner Erick Kapaito pulled one back for Tusker from the spot, but it was not enough to help the brewers to lose and suffer a third defeat this season. Tusker's third defeat this seasonsaw them drop to seventh with 12 points, while three points for Police lifted them up to 10th, having amassed 11 points from just six matches.
