Optiven, Myploti Collaboration Aims to Turn Land into Homes
Optiven Limited has partnered with Myploti Construction to help clients transition from land ownership to home construction under a new initiative aimed at delivering end-to-end real estate solutions. The partnership is part of Optiven’s 2026 “Buy and Build” campaign, which seeks to support over 30,000 customers across 30 counties by connecting them with trusted construction firms. Through the collaboration, clients who have already purchased land will now have access to structured building solutions tailored to their needs. Speaking on the initiative, Founder CEO George Wachiuri said the move is intended to bridge the gap between land investment and actual development. “We are taking a deliberate step to ensure our customers not only own land but are also supported in building their dream homes. This partnership is about turning investment into tangible value,” he said. Projects set to benefit from the initiative include developments in Nanyuki, Kitengela, and Vipingo, where Optiven has an established footprint. The partnership follows the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two firms, marking a significant shift toward integrated real estate solutions in Kenya’s property sector.
