Senator Boni Khalwale’s wife Passes On

Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has announced the death of his wife, Gloria Sekeiyan Khalwale.

In a statement, Khalwale said Gloria suddenly collapsed and died on Saturday morning after suffering a heart attack.

“My dear wife, Gloria Sekeiyan Khalwale, has this morning suddenly collapsed and died after a heart attack,” Khalwale said.

The senator described Gloria as a beloved member of his family and the mother of their children.

Gloria was the mother of Engine Kukaste Khalwale, Olivia Sabayi Khalwale, Flavia Shimuli Khalwale, Gift Atubukha Khalwale, Meliza Khamwenyi Khalwale, Velma Nasiebanda Khalwale, Sonia Inuni Khalwale and Maura Makatse Khalwale.

Her death marks a sudden loss for the Khalwale family, with the senator announcing her death as relatives and friends mourn her.

"My condolences to you Dr Khalwale and your family," read one of the condolence messages.

"May God comfort and give you all peace through this tough moments. May her soul rest in peace."
