Nzoia Sugar 1 KCB 1
At the Mumias Sports Complex, bottom placed Nzoia Sugar and Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) played out to a 1-1 draw.
Nzoia opened the scores through Obed Khakina in the 15th minute, however the joy was short-lived as Henry Onyango drew the Bankers level ten minutes later.
The Millers, rock bottom in the log, needed the points to boost their slim hopes of remaining in the league while KCB, enduring a torrid run in recent weeks, needed the points to avoid being dragged to the wrong end of the log as they were just seven points off the relegation places heading into the game.
