The Betika National Super League is set to resume this weekend after a long Christmas festivities break.
The second tier club competition’s next round will be played on January 8th and the 9th, 2022 in various venues across the country.
The caretaker committee tasked with running football matters in the country had moved to postpone the previous rounds of matches after a series of issues raised by several clubs.
Amongst the issues, was the unacceptable non-payment of referees and inaccessibility of match statistics.
But the resumption set for this weekend is a good sign as most of their concerns have been addressed.
