The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) and Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Richard Ngatia took centre stage in the Azimio la Umoja Mega rally in the city on Saturday, March 12th, 2022.
Ngatia mobilized over 10,000 Azimio supporters to support and cheer the movement’s presidential candidate Raila Odinga at Jacaranda grounds.
The supporters were mobilized from all of Nairobi’s 85 wards with Ngatia catering for their logistics and transport to the rally to witness Kenya’s historic moment.
Ngatia said he has done this out of the respect he has for Raila and will be his agent in the mobilization of Nairobians behind his presidential bid in the August 9th elections.
“This is just the beginning before the elections I ensure that I have mobilized over one million voters in Nairobi to vote for our Azimio presidential candidate and other candidates vying for other elective posts in the Kenyan capital,” said Ngatia.
Ngatia thanked Nairobians in turning up in large numbers to support Baba at Jacaranda grounds on Saturday.
“The crowd at Jacaranda shows that their Tsunami in Nairobi that will sweep Raila to State House. In Nairobi Tuko Imara Nyuma ya Baba,” said Ngatia.
