Safaricom has launched a campaign dubbed “Pokea Uteo wa Furaha” meant to appreciate their customers by spreading love, cheer and kindness through various special delights during the Christmas festivities.
The leading communications company launched this campaign at Dagoretti Corner, December 6th, 2021. The campaign is set to go on for a month during the festive season and will end on 15th January 2022.
The giant telecommunications company is set to offer various forms of gifts and offers in forms of voice, data, M-pesa and bonga points.
Voice and data customers will get deals through Tunukiwa@21 offers which includes 21 minutes and 21 SMS for only Sh.20.
M-pesa users will be able to get 20% discount on the purchase of event tickets, payment for travels such as local flights and SGR train tickets and bus gift vouchers through the newly M-pesa mini-Apps getting tickets at Sh.1000, for the first 100 customers to pay for a local flight between 6th and 10th December.
On December 22, Safaricom will activate Google street view treasure hunt, where they will travel across the country with gift surprises of airtime, food hampers, devices, shopping vouchers.
From January businesses and small Enterprises (SME’s) will enjoy special offers on Safaricom internet for business 5 Mbps service.
