FKF Women Premier League: Vihiga Maintain top spot

Vihiga Queens picked maximum points as the second leg fixtures of FKF Women Premier League entered round two over the weekend.

The win ensured that Vihiga remained at the top of the table courtesy of goals for 35 following a tie of points and goal difference with Gaspo Women, 34 goals.

Gaspo Women thrashed Kangemi Ladies 6-1 at Gems Cambridge Grounds.

In another fixture, defending champions Thika Queens forced a two-all draw against Bunyore Starlets at Mumboha Grounds.

Ulinzi Starlets picked a 3-2 win over Trans Nzoia Falcons in Kitale.

Nakuru City Queens defeated Kisumu All Starlets 3-0 while Zetech Sparks failed to go past Wadadia with a 1-0 defeat at Mumias Complex.
